Notes From Our Founder

A few things I learned from running a speciality coffee shop and bar for 3 years:

There is very little support for owners in our space.

And most hospitality advice comes from agencies that either want to sell you stuff, or who've never actually ran anything in hospitality.

Thats why I founded Summer Days to help give hospitality owners advice that's actually good.

I grew up around Australia's hospitality scene, trained people at Apple, ran a coffee shop/bar, founded a digital products agency before deciding to cut the shit, and do what im truly passionate about.
